Pay it all off in full, you spent the money so why should you not have to pay it all back.
I'm sure if they accept a smaller figure than what is outstanding they will make a note of it across their systems."I'm not from around here, I have my own customs"
For confirmation: No, I'm not a 40 year old woman, I'm a 26 year old bloke!0 -
First post after lurking for months and I screw it up - sorr I managed to delete part of my message!
Your post doesn't say if you are 'just paying off your credit cards' or if you have been behind with payments and on a payment plan. If you are just paying off manageable debt and are good with money then I would opt for the 'getting the most from your money approach along the lines of Bokken's idea.
However, judging from your terminology I would hazard a guess that you are like me - crap with money - if this is true I would definitely get shot of it all as quickly as possible and avoid getting into the position of needing a credit card again.
As for payment reductions - as is said before these are for people in financial difficulty who are on a payment plan as they cannot make full regular payments. But hey, the worst they can do is say no...
Good luck - you have a chance here to start again and do it differently so I hope it goes well for you.Old debt paid off - £30,016.34
Current Manageable Debt : £1,500 K&Co, £500 Capital One (Total -£2,000)
Monies to be saved £10,000
Comping: Only did once for 4 hours and won a frying pan and stuff!0
