EA not doing their job?

well i rang monday to arrange a viewing on a property
was told viewings are with vendor only, so she would ring after speaking to vendor
rang back and hour later and said saturday anytime after 10 is good, i said well ok how about 12 (this way if OH has to work he will be home) she said she would clear it and let me know, i rang yesterday to see if she had cleared it and told she was out of office and would call me when she gets in now they seem to be ignoring when i ring.
what else can i do?
i know they arent good at their job as when my dad was slling his house he changed EA and they lost money from him as he refused to pay because he found out people hjad been trying to arrange viewings and getting same thing
i dont know what we can do and where we stand though help? please
