Living Room Hallway and stairs Quote 10k

Hi there,

I've just had a quote through to get some work done in the house namely the Living room hallway and stairs.

I won't list it all here, but it includes:

• new laminate flooring ,
• new patio doors,
• new ceilings for those areas.
• electrics and wiring for flatscreens and surround sound
• about 6 other doors with door frames being replaced
• painting and decorating

Does this quote seem too high or about fair?
