I offen encounter such sellers who do not delivery item after my payment. I do not know the reason, but they are wasting my time. I can not bear that. I pay always by instant transfer payment. Just open a dispute for refund and leave negative feedback? But it will take long time. I have no time to waste. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks.

Presumably you tell them the item hasn't arrived... how do they respond?I pay always by instant transfer payment.
Whoops! If you do that, you're completely helpless if your item doesn't arrive - you depend on the goodwill of the seller. If this is happening as often as you say, you really ought to be using paypal!Just open a dispute for refund and leave negative feedback?
You can open a dispute.... but unless you paid with paypal, the seller isn't forced to refund you.But it will take long time. I have no time to waste.
Presumably you don't like to waste money either?
My advice: use paypal to pay.
Open a dispute if the item doesn't arrive.
Get on with your life, keeping a half eye on the dispute
Automatically get your refund when the dispute is closed.
Easy
Also... if so many items are failing to arrive... have you checked your address details lately? My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

I am sorry i did not say clearly. I always pay by paypal via my bank account which is instant transfer.frivolous_fay wrote: »You can open a dispute.... but unless you paid with paypal, the seller isn't forced to refund you.

Thanks for your reply. Sometimes the price of the auction is not high enough maybe seller is not willing to sell, but he will not end this transaction.0 -
Ok, so it's already paypal.
Are you finding that sellers comment on slow payment, or say you've paid with an echeque? If there is a problem with your account, this can happen - it might explain part of your problem.
If you've used paypal and you still haven't been sent your item - yes, do open a dispute - if the seller can't prove that you've had the item, you'll be refunded.
If you do suspect they're refusing to sell because the price is too low - make sure you report the seller using this link:
