Visa not contesting an unconfirmed Ticketmaster purchase-any advice?

Hoping for a bit of advice please on getting VISA to contest a purchase that was unconfirmed, yet has appeared on my bill.
Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, but I think I've more chance in getting VISA to contest than getting a refund from Ticketmaster....
Bought 2 tickets for "Pinkpop" (Dutch festival) on Ticketmaster.nl
I put in my VISA details, and clicked 'Buy', and only a blank screen appeared. No confirmation screen, and no confirmation email arrived. And no orders showing in "My Account".
I looked at their FAQ ("Confirmation: The transaction is completed when a confirmation statement is displayed on your screen."), and I emailed them the details of my order to say it hadn't been confirmed.
So I went round again, this time I got the confirmation screen and an email. Then I looked at 'My Account' and I had two purchases (4 tix in total). They had transacted the first purchase too, even though I didn't receive any confirmation. I obviously only want 2 tickets. £100 each.
Spoke to VISA via my bank, and they said that the act of typing in my details and hitting 'buy' is me agreeing to purchase and they won't contest it. Think this is a bit tough as Ticketmaster didn't confirm my purchase (and it wouldn't appear on my VISA for 2 days, and not wanting the event to sell-out, I purchased again).
It's been 5 days and I've heard nothing from Ticketmaster as yet. Are they just really really slow with their Customer Service?
Anyone got advice on how to tackle VISA if Ticketmaster don't reply? I don't believe Ticketmaster completed the transaction (and surely I'm protected by VISA if the seller doesn't keep their side of the bargain?), but obviously difficult to prove.
Anyone able to point me in the direction of a resource or got previous experience?
I can write in Dutch to Ticketmaster.nl if need be.

ticketmaster should be good... they are global
are ticketmaster sending the tickets in the mail?
if so, u could refuse delivery of one of the packets ( imagine they use courier or insured post) just to back up that you didnt need/ receive themPLAY GOOD!

I've just purchased some theatre tickets from Ticketmaster and on the final page it says that they aren't responsible for lost tickets sent by standard post.0 -
You gave the bank too much information! Don't tell them that you ordered twice, tell them that you ordered once but the payment came out twice. Then it's Ticketmaster's fault and the bank will get the money back for you.0

yeah, after I spoke to the bank I realised I should just lie to them (ashamed as I am to admit it). Will try again and hope there aren't any notes on my account... Seems bonkers that the only way (apparently) to resolve this is to lie to VISA to get Ticketmaster to correct their mistake.
Ticketmaster.NL say on their site that international customers cannot contact them by phone...

Just ring ticketmaster in this country say you accidentally purchased two sets of tickets and you want to cancel one order i am sure they will do it for you no problem.0

Well got through to Dutch Customer Service, and the second attempt got someone who speaks English (my Dutch is terrible...)
Email: Info@ticketservice.nl
Phone: +31 70 4169333
They've already dispatched the tickets on the 18th (unbelievable efficient!), despite 3 emails from me on the 17th attempting to resolve it. Nice lady said I'd to call when I have received the tickets and I should be able to return one pair and get a refund.
Dank uFiliss0
