PLEASE help....nokia pc suite.

Hi

Can anyone please help me out here. I cant get nokia pc suite uninstalled on my pc. I tried everything but its not working.

Any ideas?

I havent got this software on my computer so im just going to give you a few tips, if you went through the add/remove programs in control panel or through the programs own removal tool and it hasn't deleted, then try re-installing the PC suite and then removing again as the program may have been corrupted etc before a full removal took place, there are registry cleaners etc which will remove traces of programs that are left on your computer but please dont mess about with the registry unless you know what you are doing as your computer may not start at all also remember to always backup your registry if using registry fix software

Is your PC up to or over the specification required? I have Nokia Suite and it can be tempermental, I wonder what is happening, are you hitting the synch button, how is the phone connected. Bluetooth, cable infra-red??

Give us some info and we might be able to suggest some fixes...

have you tried cntrl-alt-delete and look for it running automatically?
I think that was what I had to do.Cant remember the name of the process that was running though.It wont let you uninstall it if it is still running.

I think it is corrupted, it wont delete. I need to reinstall it I think. Only problem is I cant find the software to install again. Its pc suite 6.3.14

Go to the nokia website and re-download it, then install and uninstall it.
