  • Windy in Shrosphire today, The weather not me, also having lazy day I have to work tomorrow and weekend, so have watched Jeremy Kylie, walked dog, expecting the school to ring as one of the kids went with a headache today, I don't beleive in keeping them off for every little thing, but the school loves sending them home, so can't leave the house as DH was on nights last night so is snoring away and will not be a happy bunny if phone wakes him. Thats my excuse anyway.
Claimed back almost £4000 so far from HSBC for mis-sold PPI
£2083.00 + £242.00 8% interest from FirstPlus and lower monthly premiums:D Studio Cards paid off my account and gave me £125.00 in gift vouchers. £500.00 Barclays.
  • Well done Karren - and it is good that they will have to redeploy you - it keeps it more secure than just offering it with no 'security' at the end. Think I said before but I worked with someone who was redeployed every couple of years and now has loads of experience with different projects and has a good salary to go with it (band 6/7 posts).

I think I'm recovering a bit now, can just about stand daylight but why oh why do laptop keyboards have to be sooooooo noisy?

There isn't much gossip, well none I can share on an open forum ;) but it was a fab night, some worthy winners and it was great to see a bunch of people I haven't seen in a while. of course everyone was legless, but that's only to be expected. i had some really nice compliments too, it seems I'm missed in the session world. I spent a good long time chatting to someone who's tour I turned down, she actually made a point of coming to find me to ask why I said no and then she said she was dissapointed but hoped we'd work together in the future. So that was cool.

It all got a bit hazy towards the end of the evening, I came home without my shoes, god knows where they are, I liked them too :D

Well, that's that for another year, hopefully next time I can actually work, I like it better that way, it sort of sucks to see other people doing something I should be doing.. which is why I played at my own wedding:rotfl:
