Too many boiled spuds

I went a bit mad peeling pots yesterday and now have got loads of leftover boiled potatoes!! I mashed up half of it and after dinner I made 12 large fish cakes ( thanks to recipe from someone on here
)
I'm not quite sure what i can do with the rest of the pots. I left these plain (just boiled in water no salt etc added)
I looked on os collections but could only see recipes for mashed pots (which we always have I think weve turned into mash-a-holics!!) I wanted to try something different and wondered if anyone here had any ideas/could point me in the right direction
Any ideas greatly appreciated by myself, my OH and my 5yr old son

tortilla, shepherds pie, mash with other veg, e.g swede, carrots or celeriac. bubble and squeak if you have other veg to use."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

How about potato salad? Or leek/potato soup? Or frittata?
If all else fails, mash them up and freeze in portions, then you can use them up as and when.

You can mash and freeze as topping for shepherd's or fish pie. Use as a base for soup.
Older thread here with other suggestions - too many potatoes.

My Dad used to like to add some peas to the mash and fry it off to go with his dinner. Sort of a twist on bubble and squeakComping, Clicking & Saving for Change0

Just freeze as they are. Might go a bit soft on re-cooking so you might want to mash on defrosting.
You could try making gnocchi?

My mother always makes potato cakes with leftover mash, in fact she usually purposely makes too much mash JUST so she can make tattie scones (she's Scottish).0
