You guys who ordered with HMV and had it Parcelforced.

Did you pay the extra for the special delivery?

Just been told mine was sent out box standard Royal Mail.

She reckons that it could be delivered anything up to 7 o'clock.

Quite difficult when all the posties where I live have gone home for the weekend.

I ordered standard with HMV so it's standard delivery with RM and it never arrived today so it better tomorrow.I could have just gone and got it from Argos this morning:/
Why can't they have used a courier company i'm sure they are just as cheap as RM?

Ordered from HMV 3 weeks ago and had 2 emails confirming it was on its way on Wednesday. Very good service :T


However, I paid for special Delivery to have it for today and it has not arrived as it seems stuck in Royal Mail system somewhere with tracking information!

"Special Delivery™ 9am items are first tracked when they reached our mail centre. This may be late in the evening on the day the item was sent.
Information on your item is not yet available online"

So much for Guaranteed 9am next day! This status has not changed since I checked it on Wednesday......

Anyone had the same experience? I'll be claiming my special delivery cost back at least. Could have just gone out and bought one today
