My son stumbled across 2 wii fit case's (the game size ones) in Tesco (Ashford Kent), so we rushed to the desk and asked the man if they were in stock and he said ''no sorry, oh where did you get that?'' i said ''In the games section, there is one more there'', with that he ran off, came running past me, wii fit board in tow and came whizzing back. My son was so pleased, he was jumping around with excitement (he is only 8). Turns out the assistant went runing over to grab the other case so he could keep for his mum, he had been waiting 4 weeks to get one but didnt know it was there!!!
As luck would have it too, we were charged £69.97 but display ticket said £64.97 so i went back after i double checked and with Tesco's price promise i got double the difference back, £59.97 for a wii fit board, Bargain!!!!!!
Hope the rest of you find one soon, go check your local Tesco, you never know!!!!!!

My sis and me got ours through Tesco at £64 using the checker site. Besides the cheaper price than the other shops are selling at, I also got triple points x2 to as there was an offer on at the time we'd ordered our boards... so £3.84 worth of easy points yipeee!!!

  • Hi, which site checker did you use? And do you just keep refreshing every now and then until one site says it has stock? Thanks! Kat

The best checker I found is wii pre order .co.uk and click on auto alerts and leave it open, you can click on the 'do not remind me again' for the ones you aren't interested in. The alarm option seems to have gone.

Looks like you can buy a bundle from Gamestation for £129. This includes the Wii Fit plus 2 other wii games.

Seems a reasonable deal at least you don't have to buy the console to get one!
  • wii fit order with Zavvi moved from backorder to in progress. Does this mean it is on its way????!!!!!

Zavvi order despatched:j . Does anyone know if they normally deliver next day??

Leave this page open - http://www.wii-consoles.co.uk/wii_fit_realtime.asp . It will refresh itself every minute and if you've got your speakers turned on and volume turned up you'll hear one of those windows alert box sounds when new stock comes in - DaDah!.

Just click on clear all alerts to remove the alerts for all the overpriced stuff, then it will only popup with new alerts.

    Hi,
Can anyone tell me if the on-line check and reserve service at Argos is actually working for the Wii Fit? I've been checking all 8 stores near to me (Newcastle) hourly for the last month or so but have never seen it in stock once...

I have 2 of the real-time stock checkers running as I type, and have done for the past month but I'm too slow at getting to the checkout and pasting in my card details because they're always gone before I get anywhere near completing the transaction (with the exception of Woolworths who annoyingly accepted my order and waited a week to tell me they didn't actually have any)! Plus the availability of the game alone is ridiculous - I don't want or need any of the useless stuff in a "bundle", I just want the game for the RRP... am I being that unreasonable?!!

Unfortunately I work 9 to 5 and can't get into town on a weekday, so on-line is the only way - if anyone has any other tips they would be greatly appreciated!
    Daisy :-)
