May be some good news on the horizon

I was in Liverpool city centre this afternoon "very late" on and on one of the main shopping streets (Church Street) there was a Wii Fit promotion going on
approx 6 wii fits on display for people to try out (no stale jokes please, you know what I mean)
any way my daughter eventually plucked up the courage to have a go, it looked really great.

bearing in mind I have not told them yet about a certain "surprise" arriving on Monday

any way getting onto the good news, one of the guys doing the promotion was very confident the stock's are due next week, if not the week after
he then advised to keep checking all the major stores (agros/game/gamestation/john lewis etc)
he even said the local game shop would have them on Tuesday, although we later asked in that shop and they said not for 2 weeks

I found this extremely difficult at times trying to keep my little secret surprise quite

but lets hope what the guy was stating actually comes true, so everyone who is looking for this, to get on soon, good luck everyone

Woohooo....I got my Wii fit today!!

I reserved one at Kingston upon Thames last night at 7.25pm!!

Had to drive over an hour to get it but hubby didn't seem to care...lol

I'm sooooo happy ( not had time to get on it much tho yet...lol)

Just rung Argos 0845 number and was told there are none in stock and haven't been in stock for a while! He did say to ring next weekend though and "see" what has arrived BUT it wasn't guaranteed that there would be any in stock!!
still waiting then :-(

2 argos shops i have been in have both said that they expect big stocks of wii fitt in at the end of july

Me too, but it seems as though America and Japan must come first! If that's the case why bring it out in such a big way over here for it all then to stop. I heard a couple of weeks ago that Tesco don't expect any until July.:mad:
