We ordered ours today from Amazon.de hubby's colleague ordered one too - that will be a nice surprise for his family as he wasn't going to get one but as hubby was ordering one he decided he would too LOL :rotfl:

EDIT: Or not. I'm only mildly annoyed as I've got my Wii Fit from Amazon.de, but the item is available for purchase, but when you try to buy it, it tells you it's only available as part of a bundle. Without any link to the bundle.

where do i stand legally. A top shop (comet) says they have stock. I order 2 one for me and one for my nephew.It says delivery next monday,takes the money out of my bank.I check today to see whats what and it says order delivered so i email them asking why.They reply with they found my order etc and after checking stock etc etc they haven't any and wont be delivered next monday, but they still have my money.

You have me worried now. My comet order is due for delivery on Monday too. Have they confirmed for sure that you will not be getting it?
