pmsl....not a whole lot. I think it had a lot to do with hill walking, and incorporated a development plan for the canal. Bit of canoeing, windsurfing, fishing yada,yada,yada........ All filler, no killer was the motto in preparing it. Hard to perform brilliantly when the base material is so sparse
