Quidco links not working.

If I try to go to some merchants(some work) through Quidco I get a blank page.
It sometimes happens from HUKD as well.
Any advice welcome.

I've had the same problem, specifically with the just-rewards.co.uk link.

Going directly to the website works fine.

Interestingly, it's also broken when using the link from topcashback.co.uk...

Hi Shug,

Please make sure you're not running any pop-up blockers or ad-blocking software. There is more info here and here if you still have problems.

I keep getting page not found/dns error for many quidco links.

I have looked at Quidco help pages and have tried

deleted cookies and temp internet files
made sure scripting enabled
privacy setting to medium
overide automatic cookie handling is unchecked
pop up blocker unchecked
lowering firewall settings
checked hosts file

I used to be able to access all links ok in quidco but had a recent problem with internet access (AOL) and think this is the first time I have tried to use quidco since then. At the same time I installed Spybot.


Any other suggestions to try please as really want to order through quidco.

Now working - at appeared to be caused by AOL as found others with problems and made no changes here.
