My husband is complaining to to our insurance co L&G for a claim which is currently going through. We want to send it to the CEO which I have googled and found out is Tim Breedon,
Can anyone tell me how I can find out his email address ( obviously not his personal one) as I want this letter to get to him or at least his secretary and not get lost in the call centre.,
Thanks
Tee

Have you actually approached the complaints department?
L&G will take it as a complaint over the phone, and then it will be logged on your particular policy and be looked into by the complaints team.0 -
have you actually written to them? Companies take written complaints far more seriously than you complaining via phone or email. And sod this complaining to the ceo thing, do you honestly think it gets near him or his pa?0

I have done a letter and sent it off but I have addressed it to the CEO and yes I know he won't see it, but in the past I have found I get a better response/ solution the higher up the chain it goes. But thats just my opinion.
Thanks for the replies.
