    I love them both equally, dogs are loyal friends when you need one, but cats make me smile with their independance and cheeky ways.

    I've had both nearly all my life until I married DH. He's very allergic to dogs and his whole throat closes up when he even goes into a room where one has been. So now we just have the two cats, two guinea pigs and 4 fish.
    Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

    I have been converted into a cat lover and this (if it works!) is Flash, who is now 4 months old, nosey and verrrrry naughty:D

    Squeaky - I loved reading about all the cats on your homepage - some great pics there.

    I'd say a something!!! Overheard someone at the school saying they were going to give him to cats protection league or RSPCA because they couldn't get rid of him. He'd got an infected scratch on his head which had put everyone off.
    So (without letting hubby know first :eek:) offered to go round and pick him up there and then, the vet sorted him out with antibiotics and here we are :D. His mum was a stray that had taken a liking to this woman's home - that's as much as I know about him.

    I like the way cats sometimes just adopt people. I got adopted by one when I was at uni.

    Redfox I luuuuurve your boys they are beautiful! I will post a pic of my beloved guineapig Twinkle one day but I had to leave her behind when we migrated so my mate is spoiling her now. Anyway.....c'mon Old-Stylers back on track we need more piccies! Show yer faces we will still love you :rotfl: And how else will you all recognise each other at the OS meet that's being organised??? :eek:
