Chaps, I've heard of a web site that tells you how long a house has been on the market
Can some one point me in the right direction or even an URL

If they've dropped the pricec then www.propertysnake.co.uk will tell you how many days it's been on the market.
As long as it hasn't been on the market longer than property snake has been running!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

This seems to work:

In my town, the houses with the biggest decreases are those with values £300k plus, some of which have been dropped by 30%! The more average houses have only dropped a small amount in comparison and, obviously, this website does not show how many properties sold at the asking price or near offer!
I'm happy to be living in an average sort of house! All I seem to hear is blah blah blah!0
