Negative Feedback

I have just received my first negative feedback after I had opened a dispute with ebay with a buyer.

The buyer won some baby shoes from me and I sent 2 invoices to them in a week. After a week I had no contact from them and I sent a polite email asking when the payment would be sent. After a further week still no contact.

I decided to open a dispute with ebay and straight away they responded saying they had sent the check (there spelling) or money order. I advised them nothing had been received and to check with the bank. They came back and said they let ebay know ? and I again asked them to check with the bank. Again no contact from them so sent 1 further contact to them asking to check and closed the dispute with ebay.

I left negative feedback saying payment had not been received and they have neg be saying ' seller claims cheque not received '

First off I knew they would probably neg me but its still annoying as I tried to resolve. I am wanting to put a note under the neg feedback explaining to my buyers what happened but cant find how to do it ????

I presume there is nothing more I can do with regards to the feedback.

Kind regards
