Silver savings

Well, the Mean Eyed Cat has celebrated her 50th birthday :T, and now is looking for a nice little place to stash away some pennies. I've heard about "silver savings" which offer a higher rate of interest. Is there a list of the different institutions that offer such accounts? Trawling through different websites hasn't produced much. And I'm blonde as well, which makes things a little more difficult.
If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would be most grateful.
:j
Thank you very much.
