apr or pa

can anyone tell me what the difference is between anual percentage rate and per annum. i have been offered by my creditcard company a PA rate of 4.75% if i transfer a different balance to that card and it will stay that rate for the life of the balance. is there any difference between PA and APR and is this such a good deal at all.

Depends if there is a fee.

The apr calculation normally includes any fees which might make this offer look less competitive.

Smile :), it makes people wonder what you have been up to.
  • I have an idea that any one charging you money for giving you credit must state the APR.
