My back has been aching for ages now due to the support in my current chair being no good now.

I ordered mine on Thursday at 7.30pm but it wouldnt let me add the Cd player for some reason - it kept saying that I needed to spent a further £15.01 to qualify for the free gift- the delivery date was also showing as 10th march.

Anyway I just ordered the chair and then emailed Viking regarding the free chair as their customer service line was closed. On Friday I got a reply from them via email saying that the free CD player had been added to the order and they both would be delivered on Monday 25th February.

Wow what fantastic service. A free CD Player too and delivery on Monday -rather than having to wait until 10th March.

I am well chuffed.

Put mine together last night. Took about 20 minutes from opening box to completing. One tip: don't look for a bag of screws in the box - they are in the holes already so you have to unscrew them, then use them to attach the armrests to the chair.

for those who have received the chair please could you say what your receipt/invoice says as i ordered 2 cream chairs the radio/cd player(free) and a ruler to make the order up to £30 fo free delivery,this was on thursday 11am, on the friday morning at 8.30am i received all the goods - 2 chairs/radio cd player and the ruler .it seems i have only been charged for the ruler £0.49 + vat = £0.58
anyone else had this

I received e cd player and the catalogue from them,but not the chair. Weird? has anyone else experienced anything like this? and is there a landline number I can call? (not the 0844 one?)
