I don't think this is quite the right place for religion but if it were then maybe a bit of old fashioned and old Testament Christianity might be called for.

Incidentally was it karma that led you to this site..if it was luck maybe you can use some more of that luck and suggest where he or his associates might be found?

Does the name Mark Doughty turn up anything interesting on one of those cyber searches that I know some of the techie people on here do so well? Do we have a town or location for him.

looking at golddusts feedback,most of those positive feedback are from ebayers who haven't bought anything else in over 2 years!!i think he may have hacked their accounts to make false feedback before ripping off others

I have had a think about this and decided to remove my previous posts. This is because it is a little early to cast judgment. I have not fully investigated this alleged fraud and I would like to be absolutely sure that I have been ripped off before shouting about it. This situation requires some measured action rather than an instant reaction.
