We use an outdoors aerial, and have tried it with an indoor one, and a booster. I have tried many times to add new channels and reinstalled them.
It is a Matsui set top box and we live in the Crystal Palace area.
The set top box downstairs works fine, but that is a Nokia.
Thank you in advance. The rents are driving me mad!
All the channels that you can't get are broadcast on the same band ITV 1,2 and 3 Channel 4, E4 and ITV News. I assume you can get the other channels OK. Your problem is signal strength. If you've tried a booster and it doesn't work the only alternative is a new aerial. Sorry to have to tell you this!

The original poster states that they have two boxes that can share the same aerial feed but they have tried a portable aerial/booster approach without success for the second box (no suprise there). My unanswered question is this. How is signal distributed between the two boxes such that it works on one but not on the other at the same time ?
