Savings Account that requires 2 Signatures

Hi,
I am looking for a savings account (that is for a child) but will require the signatures of both parents in order to allow money to be withdrawn from it.
Obviously I am looking for the highest rate of interest available but the key thing is that it must be dual signatory.
There is around 10k to go into the account.
Cheers
Aidan

All accounts that are in more than one name give you a choice when you set them up of which or both or all signatures are required for withdrawal.0
