Need B&Q IT Kitchen Prestige Drawer Instructions Pls

Hi, we bought a new IT B&Q Kitchen recently which our builders have fitted. However, they threw out the instructions for the Prestige Soft Close Drawer Pack and for the life of me I can't get the thing to 'soft close'.

It's more bother than it's worth to get them back in - I'd rather do this myself. They're typical men - took the instructions out of the box and chucked them away before starting!! LOL They hadn't a clue how to make them work. B&Q can't seem to help, and short of ripping open one of their boxes and nicking the instructions I was hoping someone here may have a set they could post/email or whatever. I will happily pay postage.

I work for a B&Q store in Wellingborough, just fired off an email to our support team at head office, hopefully they should be emailing back with a pdf instruction booklet.

Thanks iNath - got them sorted now. Would never have worked it out myself. No more drawers clashing shut!

Shame the staff at the East Kilbride kitchen dept couldn't have been as helpful - maybe I just asked the wrong person on the day....
