Options
Ok crap...

Told barclays i was on befefits because my current account overdrawn with no overdraft at around £450.00. Now i started paying £10 a month but then missed a payment, now they have issued a termination notice on the account for £460.00, what can i do? Do i need to pay it, It says full balance due by 26/02/2008.

Could i just say well i cant pay it, set me up another payment plan?

Cheers

It's a good idea to make the best offer you can to them. You've already failed to keep to an agreed repayment plan so they may try and default the account or sell to a debt collector.

If some or all of the amount is made up of charges, you need to read Martin's guide, links in my signature, to see if you can reclaim.
