HELP! Lost prepayment key - eon

Help! We have some how lost our prepayment key for the meter. Spent a very cold night last night as I could not even get eon to admit that they supplied our electricity. Spoke to them this morning and they can only put a key in the post, first class at that. My post is awful so this could take a number of days to reach me, all the while my house is sat in darkness.

Any ideas? I always thought certain shops had blank keys they could give you?!

Hi Coral, which department did you speak to?
If you speak to the prepayment department they can give you a tag number which you can take to your paypoint and get a new key.
