    £400 is hard to come by for anyone in such a short space of time. Surely they will sort it out tho. I hope so. I'm a bit thick when it comes to things like this sorry. Thankfully we've got Z eh

    Pay your £10 for your data. When they provide it, tell them it's incomplete - you want details of the payment you missed. If they don't provide it, go to the data protection registrar and say they're wilfully withholding your data, and you want compensation.
