It's on our old account, from before our DMP started. The balance is just under £400, and we have to pay it all back by mid March :o

aaarrrrgggghhhh spud you must be fuming!

I'm more annoyed at the lies in the letter - it says the reason they have withdrawn it is that we're either in arrears or over our credit limit. We're neither

At 37, I should be in it. However, with it being a part time post and possibly only until I decide to move on again, I'm not sure. Saying that though, when I started at my last job in 1999 it was part time so I didn't bother. I ended up staying there 8 years and went full time after a year!

Yes, you should be in it. Some sort of pension will be better than nothing.

There is a form that made me smile. Lump Sum Death Grant Nomination Form.

Nine lines of names and addresses I can add for those I want to benefit from my death by way of loads of money from the pension scheme if I join and then die.

Oh flipping heck I need to sort mine out too.

One of my nominations hasn't spoken to me in a year...

Get them to confirm in writing which it is, then complain to the bank ombudsman as a slur on your good name.

They've done worse than that - they lied to the courts and said we'd missed agreed payments under our CCJ, so they could get a charging order on our house. CCCS have confirmed we've never missed a payment.

Can you not make a complaint to the police for perjury?
