CCA CCJ help needed

I am in desperate need of some decent advice, I sent off a CCA request a couple of days a go to Weightmans who are trying to collect the money for HFC bank (credit card), however I have now received a County Court claim form from Weightmans & don't know what to do?? I only have 2 weeks to get the Count Court form back & if I send it back admitting the debt then does that render my CCA request pointless?? Weightmans are going for a CCJ because they want to get a charge put on my house.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I am already on a DMP through CCCS, (incidentally they have provided very poor guidance with regards this matter) & I have also been to the Citizens Advice Bureau but they insisted they can't give any sort of legal advice & were no help at all.

I don't know what to do next??
