Returning a coat to Evans

I was worndering if anyone knew the returns policy at Evans, in December I bought a coat from there, Have worn it a few times, but started to see white bobbles appearing on the inside of the sleeves when I went to pluck them off I find that its the fibre filling from the inside of the lining, the more I pluck off more come through even thicker, now I no longer have the reciept, I do not consider Evans to be a cheap shop so I am most disappointed with this jacket, I am going to reurn it to the shop today do you think I am being unreasonable by asking for a refund or exchange for something else ?

No not at all. You've lost faith in a product that obviously was not at the standard that you expected when you paid for it. An exchange or refund seems perfectly reasonable in that case.A male chef of 4. My restaurant is always full and i don't need to tout for business.
OK OK I'm a house husband but it did sound better my way :beer:0 -
I think after 2 months you might have to be satisfied with an exchange, especially as you no longer have the receipt. THEy must know it's from this season's range though. It's really worth going in, being really polite and charming and seeing how you get on. Go on about how you've always been satisfied with the quality of their garments and how disappointed you are.[SIZE=-1]"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. I did not add that it was in the sale at £25 still not cheap really, Well I dont think so anyway ! but it probably would have been winter stock, its anorak style jacket with fur around the hood so winter jacket not summer, I emailed the head office and they said to return it to the shop. I will go back today and as you say will go with the pleasant attitude etc, no point in going all guns blazing gets you nowhere I always find, will post the results later, thanks for your replies.0
