Just bought a venturer in car dvd from argos model number pvs177w.
Does anyone know the code to make this multi region.Or can you direct me to the relavent web page.

Open the DVD tray
Press 81328 on the remote
Press ENTER to cycle through the regions (Region 9 is region free)
Press RETURN to exit the menu and save your changes

Performing this region hack will also enable VCD and SVCD support for the Venturer PVS177W

I have found a hack for my DVD player (the Venturer pvs 177w) but I don't have a remote for the player....does anyone know of any way to overcome this to make the player multi regional?

Don't know if this suggestion will help ot not, but if your system is capable of working with a remote a remote, you could buy one of the cheap programmable ones. Find the code it works of and use that. (poundland were doing them a while back also Aldi & Lidl)
