    Sorry, couldnt remember what the normal title said when I started posting this yesterday!

    Will have to remember in case I start the thread again one morning.
    Debts at the start of my journey - about £23,000 lightbulb moment 01.03.2007 (1st payment to CCCS)..Debt Free Date 25.06.2013 Deposit savings £17,000/£30,000
  • Fine - I'll post today's stuff on yesterday's thread instead!!
    • I earned 1p by helping my colleague out with an address query and I said "if I had a penny for everytime I knew where somewhere was, I'll be rich".....so she gave me a penny! Sad act that I am picked it up and brought it home to put in my pint pot.
    • I took my lunch into work.
    • Someone brought in celebrations chocolates so I freely availed myself of those!!!!
    • I checked internet banking - no surprises and no need to update spreadsheet
    • the second out of the third Tesco Club card statement came today - £23 in vouchers for me - £92 worth of deals, with 250 extra points coupons for things that I will buy
    • Left debit cards at home to avoid temptation.
    • Did 1.5 hours overtime (running total £127.80 for April's wage).
    • Posted on this thread - seventh day in a row - still committed.
    • Had yet another no personal spends day (sixth in a row, I think)
    • Went to the shop for DH and in his change was a 1p piece, which I liberated for my savings pint pot.
    • Took £50 in notes to the change machine at work and changed it into £1 coins so I don't need to go to the bank every time the kids need money for lunches/activities.
    • Nearly bit my friends hand off when she offered her '5p per litre off fuel at Tesco' receipt to "whoever wanted it"
