PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. That sounds like an excellent idea and the opportunity has come at just the right time for me as I've recently lost a few quid on magic bean futures and I need to make good my losses before my dad gets his credit card statement. Where do I sign up and do you offer Quidco?

No you are ADVERTISING for personal gain. A big no no on MSE. Read the rules before spamming. Your post is :spam: on most forums, not just MSE.

Instead, get an advertising budget and pay for adverts!

If you have a business model that turns a profit in the current housing market, with no deposit, why aren't you using it yourself to retire to the Bahamas, rather than having to grub around internet messageboards advertising late at night?
Hurrah, now I have more thankings than postings, cheers everyone!
  • Here's a BETTER tip for acquiring a "No or low money down buy to let investment".

    1. Find a repossession for sale at a low low price.
    2. Place a low low offer on it and keep your fingers crossed that you get it.
    3. When you get it pay cash for it.
    4. Spend very little money refurbing it but add 20% to its value.
    5. Take out an 85% mortgage on the property that pays you back your initial cost + a small profit.
