Part exchange people carrier for motorhome

we are now thinking of part exchanging our people carrier for a motorhome. how do car companies work out the cost of part exchange. also bearing in mind that we will want to purchase a left hand drive motorhome for the continent as we would find it easier.

It'd be easier to part ex a motorhome fore a motorhome, 'cos they'd be able to value the trade in easier.

Saying that, any proper dealer will have trade buyers of their part exchanges, so not too hard really. You'll probably only get it's TRUE value, to the trade, maybe a bit over , depending on the profit margin in the vehicle they sell you.

If you've no finance on the car & it's not got a HUGE value, can't you sell it seperate, then do a deal on the motorhome.

& it'd be worth checking with BritishCar Auctions Measham Staffordshire, they hold regular caravan/camper sales.
