what are the options of getting this online and any tips regarding security etc and has anyone done this.

directly . at the moment we put all receipts when we get a change into monthly box which is typed up and then put in excel or sent to someone to sort out. Is there an easier way of doing this . would the C Pen scanning help? does anyone have any experience or be able to recommend something that works best. we juggle accounts as suggested by Martin's website.0
