Ive never seen one before and wouldnt of dont anything but my ebay toolbar TOLD me it was spoof :T

Well for a start it says 'Dear ebay member' that means it is a spoof.

To double cjeck any email from 'ebay' it should have 'dear (your name as entered on ebay'. Also log into ebay normally (not via a link) and check your messages if it doesn't appear there as well then IGNORE it.

Also you must have over a 100 feedback, 98% positive, and have sold an average of £750 a month for the past 3 months (or sold a very high number of things).
