I navigated all the way to basket and the delivery charge of £60 was still included.
 what am I doing wrong?0

The site has crashed - worth keeping an eye open, as if they fix something in a hurry there's more chance of one of those Dell misprice errors when it comes back up.0

Ive just tried it again and took a screengrab, you are adding the free DVD drive and taking off the warranty ?0

            Surely 10% off £400+ is £40+ not £17+?

Its 10% off extras, which was the DVD rom drive but added it for free and took off £17.63
Just look at the bottom line which is £351 otherwise you will just get confused with Dells pricing0

What's the buy now start paying in May deal, I did click on it but it wasn't very clear, do you have to pay every month or can you clear the whole balance in May without any penalties, also what do you put in the company section of the checkout as it's a business machine0
-
Im not sure on the finance you might have to ring and ask, as for a company name just put your name0
-
Thanks for that, I looked again and I think it only apples to businesses, and you have to pay monthly otherwise there are penalties, never mind I need one but can't stretch to it at the mo, by the time I order all the deals will have finished0
