Which ISA route?

I already have a monthly savings fund to a mini-equity ISA with fidelity, and I intend to keep that going.
Now I wish to put around £200/month into a mini-cash ISA. The question is where?
I already have a Nationwide Members cash ISA bond(s) with around £17k in, so I was considering adding to that. But then I've read on this forum of many people jumping off the Nationwide ship.
I've also wondered; if I already have £17k in the Nationwide, isn't it better to stay in terms of compound interest?
Thanks in advance?

The first post on THIS THREAD has an up to date list of all the best paying ISA's courtesy of kazza. How do they compare with your NW members one?
If you haven't contributed to the NW one this tax year [not clear from your post] then you could open any and pay in up to £3K before 5/4 and up to a further £3.6K from the 6th. You could transfer your NW ISA,s across if they accept transfers in - choice is yours. If you have contributed some this year you would need to transfer to the other account of your choice where you could top up the contributions to the annual limit this year and start again in April.I've also wondered; if I already have £17k in the Nationwide, isn't it better to stay in terms of compound interest?0
