Capital One credit card agreement question

Just applied for a new capital one platinum cashback card and just been reading through the t&c on the agreement i've got here to sign and send back. There is just one part I don't fully understand
" Total charge for credit:
at the time the agreement made, is £123.63
Comprising interest in the sum of £123.63 "
what exactly does this mean ? does it mean there is a fee of £123.63 to pay to set up the card?, or is it just an example saying if you had interest charges of £123.63 then that sum is all you need to pay and nothing on top? or is it something totally different ? ... I don't fully understand what it means.
Thanks

It's explained in section 11 of your T&C's.
