How long do RBS take?

I applied online and was accepted for an RBS credit card ( a week last thursday) and it said that it would take 3-4 working days for the paperwork to arrive. I still haven't received anything.

Is this normal or has the stuff got lost in the post?

    Took mine 4 weeks start to finish
    8 days for paperwork to arrive

    Took phoning 3 times for paperwork for the platinum card. They said they had sent it, we said we didnt have it. In the end had to threaten to cancel gold card and go elsewhere.

    I applied for one and a savings account at the same time, heard nothing and contacted my bank - nothing turned up. after another week i got back to my bank and they sent out the paperwork "again".

    Decided to move my account to the A&L.
    You cant take the trousers off an elephant!
