Because the time based costs have to be included in working out what to charge for a job when quoting for haulage costs. I said "time based includes", not consists totally of because including labour costs when talking about a private car is irrlevent.

Which is why I didn't - I was merely showing how the costs of running a vehicle are split into two areas.

You raised time costs in the first place, which equally (as labour) have no bearing on the running costs of a private car - unless it is being use for business !!!
