John Lewis ceramic packaging. HOPELESS

I received 3 items of dinnerware today and they were all completely smashed. This is the third delivery that I have had to ring them about during the past two months. Porcelain dish with a lid had only one layer of thin bubble wrap. The mugs were each in a single plastic bag. One layer top and bottom of bubble plastic and all in a thin cardboard box. Really pathetic packaging
The upside is that the cs is excellent but their packaging department must be costing the store loads. This will be the third delivery that has had to be replaced
