Frozen vegetables.......a false economy?

I buy frozen brocolli unless it's on offer and always have frozen peas. I also buy spinach sometimes as it's handy to throw into pasta.0

Frozen peppers are good value especially in the winter.I always keep them and a bag of peas in the freezer.
We do freeze some veg from the garden. I find that french beans freeze better than runners and courgettes aren't brilliant frozen but will be ok in cooked dishes.
I've got a bag of frozen breaded onion rings in the freezer. We like them if we are having steak or a mixed grill.I know I could make my own but they are convenient and just go in the oven if we are in a hurry.0
