Hi All
I had a accident in November last year ,I was on a motorbike and a car done a u turn in front of me ,no one was hurt but my bike was written off ,it was 8 months old, I was third party, the claim was awarded to me, I have received £250 for the salvage of the bike but I am still owed £1250 ,I have made so many phone calls but they say to me the other party have not paid yet ,where do I go from here please?:mad:
