Decided to make the FR cake today. Thought I would go the whole hog and use Smartprice chocolate digestives for the base and chuck a slug of Carolans in the cheesecake and then top with crumbled FR's. I was away Saturday night (went to meet up with some MSE friends:beer: ) and I had bought 2 tubs of cream cheese. Went to the fridge and thought - hang on, this tub is a bit light - OH has eaten nearly a whole tub whilst I was away:mad:  !!! It isn't something I normally buy but he didn't even stop to think that 2 tubs of cream cheese was unusual to see so he had better not eat any..........ooh, no:rolleyes: ..........I've whipped up some double cream so hopefully that will be a substitute......I sent him a text saying pest control was needed and I hoped he liked his topping thin........:rotfl:
He sent a text back with the helpful suggestion of........'use a smaller tin'...........I don't HAVE a smaller tin!!!!!!!!!"Stay Wonky":D
