Advice on these central London NCPs...

I need to drive to and park in London next week (lucky me) and I've looked up the 4 nearest NCPs to my destination (Fenchurch Street):-
1. London Vintry Thames Exchange
2. London Whitechapel High
3. London Finsbury Square
4. London Snowsfields
This is all fine and the relative costs don't matter as I'll be claiming expenses but what I do need to know is what time I'll need to arrive to be sure of a space? I plan to be there for 7:30am but will adjust this if you all laugh at me and tell me I won't have a hope at that time.
