Offer for Biffa shares

Got an offer in the post today (recommendation by the board) to sell Biffa shares for 350p each. This deal would not incur any selling costs.
But the share is over 360p and after a quick search found 2 relevant articles:

Both indicate the price could go higher. Deadline for response to the offer is 10th March - meeting is 12th March.
Might be worth waiting to see if anyone makes a higher bid.
By the way - Biffa was demerged from Severn Trent shares if you held any of those.
