MSN - security and emails.

I am logged in to MSN and it acknowledges my existence, however, when I am trying to get to my emails, it comes up with the 'security' box, to type in the 8 characters you see on the screen in front of you.
I do this, and then it comes up with your email and password. So I put that in, it then comes back up with the 'secuirty' box with the 8 characters.

ARGHHHHHHHH !!! Is it a Friday afternoon glitch ? I am 'logged' in but can't 'log' in to emails if you see what I mean.

I have told MSN but of course I won't be able to read the email reply will I ?!?!?

I am a bit of a techno idiot - can someone help ????

    hiya, could you please let me know how you got 'sorted'.
    i cant even log on to msn, haven't been able to access my emails for past week!
