Inventory Fee

Due to staff illness my letting agent didnt charge us for this until 4 months after my tenancy had started. My mum was paying my rent with me being a student and we had this money at the start but had obviously had to use it for other things by the time we were charged for it. After some discussion the manager said i could it pay as and when he didnt really care how it happened so i was going to pay it in small amounts as my circumstances have changed and my finances are not what they were. This was 3/4 weeks ago and due to illness myself i have been unable to get to the offices in town. I saw the manager last week when they came to put my flat on the market and it wasnt mentioned and i am planning on taking £50 this Friday towards it, it will be £180 in total. What concerns me is my lease runs out in 3 weeks how long afterwards do i have to pay the final amount do you think? Its just with moving again and big drains on my finances coming up such as buying a new second hand car (i need one with being disabled) and paying off other contracts such as my virgin media and council tax, i am not sure i have that money to hand all at once.
